Our mission

Buying or renting a flat is one of the biggest decisions of your life — yet most people still make it from blurry photos and rushed site visits. Spacevyu changes that. We pair every listing with an interactive 360° virtual tour, so you can walk through the rooms, check the light at different times of day, and really feel the space — all before you leave your couch.

   Heart the flats you like. When you're ready, submit your shortlist and we'll arrange a single callback covering all of them.

   We coordinate site visits and connect you with the developer or agent — no spam, no cold calls you didn't ask for.

For developers & agents

We partner with reputable developers to produce professional 360° virtual tours of their flats — shot on-site with professional 360° cameras, processed into interactive room-by-room walkthroughs, and published on Spacevyu with floor plans and real-time analytics. Developers get a permanent listing with a unique QR code they can place at their site office; buyers scan it and walk the flat from anywhere.

You know exactly how many buyers walked through your flat virtually, which rooms they spent the most time in, and where enquiries came from — before a single site visit.

Credentials & compliance

Spacevyu currently operates as a property listing platform and 360° tour production service. We have applied for registration with the West Bengal Real Estate Regulatory Authority (WBRERA) as a real estate agent under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. Until our registration is granted, we do not act as a paid broker or facilitate sale transactions — we connect interested buyers with developers and their authorised agents.

• ✓RERA-only listings — we list exclusively on RERA-registered projects. Always verify the project's WBRERA registration before booking.
• ✓No buyer fees — Spacevyu charges developers for tour production and listing. Buyers pay nothing to use this platform.
• ✓WBRERA agent registration pending — application filed 25 June 2026 (App. No. WBRERA/R-001377). Once granted, our registration number will appear here and be quoted on every transaction we facilitate.
