1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Spacevyu website (https://ghuredekho360.vercel.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Listing information

Spacevyu publishes property listings on behalf of developers, agents, and owners. While we take reasonable steps to verify accuracy, we do not guarantee that any listing is complete, current, or error-free. Prices, availability, specifications, and RERA details are subject to change without notice. Always verify directly with the developer or agent before making any financial commitment.

3. 360° virtual tours

Virtual tours are provided for informational purposes only. They represent the property at the time of photographing and may not reflect the current condition, finishes, or furnishings of the flat. Spacevyu is not liable for any discrepancies between the virtual tour and the physical property.

4. Enquiries & callbacks

When you submit a callback request or saved-shortlist lead, you consent to Spacevyu and/or the relevant developer or agent contacting you by phone or WhatsApp about the property or properties you expressed interest in. We do not sell your contact details to third parties.

5. Analytics & cookies

We use first-party, anonymous analytics (no third-party ad trackers) to understand how visitors use the site. A session cookie (gd_sid) is set to deduplicate events; it contains no personally identifiable information. Saved listings are stored in your browser's localStorage and never transmitted unless you submit a shortlist form.

6. Intellectual property

All content on Spacevyu — including photographs, 360° panoramas, text, and code — is owned by Spacevyu or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

7. Our role & limitation of liability

Spacevyu currently operates as a property listing platform and 360° virtual tour production service. We may introduce you to the developer or their authorised agent for a property you have expressed interest in, but we do not currently act as a paid real estate broker and do not facilitate, negotiate, or charge fees in connection with any sale or purchase transaction. Our WBRERA real estate agent registration application (App. No. WBRERA/R-001377, filed 25 June 2026) is pending; upon its grant, we will offer full real estate consultancy services and our registration number will be displayed on this site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spacevyu is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from developer representations, construction timelines, possession delays, changes to RERA-registered specifications, or reliance on any listing information published on this site. Always review the developer's RERA filing and sale agreement independently before making any financial commitment.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be announced on the homepage.
